Shipping Costs

IMPORTANT: “Calculate shipping”
If the option to “Calculate shipping” appears in “Cart totals”, you must do this to get the option for “Eel pick-up”.

Flat Rate
A flat-rate fee applies to all products within the Electric Eel shop. In most cases, this is a base price of €1, plus €2 for each item in your basket, except gutscheins, which are €1.

Eel Pick-up
Choose this option to pick-up your item at the Eel during regular opening times.

Deliveries by Post
Any products (“dry goods”) such as t-shirts or coffee cups are sent via DHL to addresses in Germany We currently do not ship to any other countries with the inflated prices for shipping during COVID.
