Natural Wines
Natural wines are about minimal intervention (eg, organic farming, hand harvesting, wild yeast fermentation, no or low sulfur or additives). The goal is to produce a wine that is more sustainable through traditional, artisanal methods that reflects the natural character of the grape and its terroir.
Pet-Nat
Pépin Petillant Naturel 2020 | 35 (750ml bottle)
Domaine Achilleè – Alsace, France
Big aromas. Notes of ripe tangerine, sweet fruits and spices. Nice starter orange wine that makes an excellent aperitif and pairs quite well with food thanks to its refreshing tannins. The wine is easy to drink and somewhat dangerous with its slightly higher ABV.
Glera Pét-Nat | 35 (750ml bottle)
Paolo Fasolo – Veneto, Italy
A sparkling white wine made from 100% Glera (Prosecco) grapes fermented spontaneously with native yeast, bottled unfiltered, and unfined. This wine is made by Marco Buratti’s cousin Simone Buratti. Crisp and fizzy with notes of apple and citrus, serve with fried fish or as an aperitif.
Orange
Pépin Orange | 35 (750ml bottle)

Whites
Barbabianca 2022 | 35 (750ml bottle)

Garganega, Glera, Trebbiano, Pinot Grigio grapes produce a crisp, tangy wine with low acidity. Apple, bergamot, and honeysuckle flavors with hints of almond on the nose.
Grinton C.H 22 | 35 (750ml bottle)
Alex della Vecchia – Veneto, Italy
With 30 days skin contact, chardonnay grapes produce fresh and vibrant floral aromas with a soft citrus, bergamot, rhubarb, and honey taste.
Reds
Vino Rosso | 35 (750ml bottle)
Cascina Tavijn – Piedmont, Italy
This wine offers a vibrant and expressive nose of red fruits, flowers, and spices. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a good balance of acidity and tannins, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
Cyprès de Toi Rouge 2022 | 35 (750ml bottle)
Domaine Fond Cyprès – Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Seriously quaffable, this zero-zero blend is medium-bodied and super clean, light and chewy with gentle tannins. Crunchy black fruit, a sprinkling of peppercorn and a long, fresh finish. A real crowd pleaser.
Barbarossa 2022 | 35 (750ml bottle)
Marco Barba – Veneto, Italy
A combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Raboso grapes produce a medium-bodied, bright acidity with lots of juicy red and dark fruit. Think dried cherry and blackberry on the nose and palate. This is a staff favorite!
